WMD is a simple, lightweight WYSIWYM(What You See Is What You Mean) markdown editor. I like editors like this. WordPress allows users to use HTML tags in their comments, like <strong>, <a>, and <code> tags. That’s nice, but not all users may feel comfortable using tags like that. So I wrote this plugin to use WMD-Editor in wodpress comment forms.

Installation

  1. Unzip and upload the “wmd-editor” directory to the “/wp-content/plugins/” directory.
  2. Go to “WP Admin » Plugins” and activate the “WMD Editor” plugin.
