Lately I’ve been seeing people that I haven’t seen in a long time, and they look completely different. I have one friend who used to be overweight and now is slim, and he said he did it after seeing a Fat Burning Chef review, without doing any kind of exercise. What he was saying didn’t really make any sense. I didn’t understand how anyone could lose weight without exercise, unless they were starving themselves. He told me that it could be done by eating meals, but I still didn’t need to put my body through strenuous exercise. I was skeptical, yet intrigued at the same time.

I decided to give my friend’s approach to weight loss a chance. He used an ebook to figure out what he should be eating to get the most weight loss. The book goes into detail about crafting meals and snacks for each part of the day, while taking into account the ingredients. Each food has properties like calories and fat, and by building meals with these properties in mind, people can efficiently design meals that offer the most nutrients and make the body leaner by storing less fat. The body will also burn more fat based on what is eaten.

I strictly followed the ideas laid out in the book. I even started cooking my meals in advance and freezing them so I would have something ready to go when I got home from work. Most of the time when I get home from work and don’t have time to cook, I get something from a restaurant, which most of the time is fattening. The meals I made were tasty and flavorful, and at the same time, I was losing weight while eating them, without exercising. I occasionally like to take a slow walk when it’s nice outside, but not for exercise purposes.
